Mr. Staller and Mr. Dripps spent the evening with the Trial Advocacy Program students discussing deposing expert witnesses and the interaction of experts and lawyers. The students had the opportunity to meet with and prepare the forensic economist for a deposition. Each student got to take an expert deposition and defend an expert deposition.
